Established since 1990s, we started out as a small day spa in the heart of town and have grown to become a top quality spa located at Traders Hotel Singapore. With an eye on the region, Essence Vale also operates its spa and nail & hair salons at a few locations in Malaysia.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposits and Packages
All deposits and payment of packages from the date of purchase are accorded a 7 day cooling-off period. This means that the customer can ask for a full refund of payment made if they do not wish to proceed with the services offered.
We accept the customer's decision to cancel his/her package deal should he/she wishes to do so within 7 days from day of signing. The customer is also offered the option of an exchange of the package with any other services or products available from the price list, subject to no less than the original price.
In the case of any emergency condition resultant from our services (exclusively), we are committed to refund the unused part of the package deal. All treatments are non-transferable.
We have a standard exchange and no refund policy except under emergency medical ground resultant from our services (exclusively) within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
If the need arises, we reserve the right to levy a $$30 charge to cover any subsequent admin charge. This charge will only be put in place under any admin requirements after 7 day cooling-off period.
7 days means 7 working days, which do not include Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
Sale of Gift Certificates and Voucher Redemption
All voucher redemption shall be at our sole discretion. If the customer fails to redeem the voucher before the date of expiry, we may terminate this contract, forfeit the amount paid for the voucher.
Original voucher must be produced at the time of redemption. Photocopies are not allowed. We reserve the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
Prepaid packages and Insurance
From 11th November 2011, Essence Vale Spa has an insurance policy package in place for customers who sign up for pre-paid packages. The Spa Beauty & Wellness insurance is valid for a period of 1year from 18th November 2011 - 17th November 2012.

We do not accept any foreign currency for payment. Prices quoted and charged are strictly in Singapore Dollars only. There is a 7% Government Service Tax for all services and products sold.
